In line with our returns policy, you have up to 14 days to exchange a product from the date you received your order. How long do I have to exchange a product?
It may take up to 14 days for the refund for your original product to be processed, from the date you send it back to us. Simply return the unwanted item following our returns process and place a new order online for the product you’d like instead. To return to us, simply fill out the returns section on the front of your delivery note, package your parcel securely including the delivery note inside and visit our DPD portal to arrange a hassle-free return. Please note that personalised and embroidered items are not returnable or refundable unless the item is faulty. We are experiencing delays with shipping outside of the UK and asking customers to allow 7-10 days for shipments to arrive after despatch, particularly within the EU.
Both these and any delays in delivery are out of our control so if you are worried about any charges please check the customs duty thresholds of the country your items are being delivered to first. Please note, whilst you will not be charged UK VAT on your international order you may be subject to customs, duty or taxes upon arrival into the country. Delivery charges for orders being delivered to the USA mainland are £110.00.
